Ingredients
- 3 lbs/1360g of Chicken Breast
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- This is a basic chicken recipe.
- I use this as a base for other meals so they are very simply seasoned
- Fillet chicken breasts in half to decrease cooking time and prevent drying out
- Salt and pepper each side to taste
- Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and bake at 400 degrees F for 15 to 20 min or until internal temp is 165 degrees F
- Cool completely and cut into strips.
- I then portion out into roughly 5 oz/142 Gram portions and vacuum seal and freeze.
